Office Hours
Office hours for all Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court facilities in Lincoln and Omaha are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Exceptions to normal business hours include holidays declared by statute or closings made by order of the Nebraska Supreme Court.
Faxes received after 4:30 p.m. will be reviewed the following business day. As a reminder, please refer to the court’s Rule 2, Filings, for information about submitting pleadings after business hours.
